The AllReports Pre-Sale Inspection Process

You’ll be reassured to know that all our inspectors are appropriately qualified and licensed with years of on-the-job experience.

Our inspectors look beyond the surface and cosmetic features of a property and concentrate on the overall condition and compliance aspects of the house – the parts that really count.

Booking Your Pre-sale Inspection Report is Easy

AllReports understands this might be your first time doing this. So we’ve created an easy 3-step process:

  1. You, your Agent, or your Solicitor contact us to book your inspections.
  2. We talk to you and take basic details – address, contact number etc – and agree a convenient day and time for the inspection.
  3. The inspection takes place on the agreed date and time. The inspection takes no longer than 2 hours – sometimes as little as one hour. You or your representative are welcome to meet the inspector on site.
  4. Once the inspection is over our inspector will prepare the report and send it to your Agent, and your Solicitor, and to you for your own records. Don’t worry if you can’t be there on inspection day, we just need an adult to be in attendance while we do our inspection.

It’s that straightforward.

The Report gives you the confidence to put your property on the market safe in the knowledge that nothing unexpected is going to jeopardise your sale.

You can arrange your own Pre-sale Inspection Report – or ask us any questions about the inspection. Call us on 0408 476 200.
